Scott Mitchell, Project Coordinator at Arlington Automotive, has just completed an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Management in the Business Skills sector.
Upon joining Arlington a few years ago as a Store Team Leader, it was shortly outlined to Scott that there was an opportunity for him to develop within the company. During this time, he achieved Level 2 Warehousing/Logistics and fulfilled his role to its maximum potential. 18 months ago, Scott applied for the Projects Engineer vacancy within our company. Even though he was successful, he was still new to the engineering industry and so the role of Projects Coordinator was created especially for Scott to aid his learning.
Throughout these 18 months, he has gone on to complete his Business Management Level 2 course. Scott commented on this achievement: “I am really pleased to have completed this as it was challenging at times to juggle both a new job and a high-level course.”
He continued: “I am thankful the business decided to employ from within and has given me the chance to grow and improve in my new role. I look forward to developing further and to the future of my career.”
On behalf of every at Arlington Automotive, we want to congratulate Scott for the feats he has already achieved within his career and look forward to seeing what lies ahead.
